The SEMA Show in Las Vegas each November isn’t just the world’s biggest stage for performance innovation, it’s where Turbosmart showcases the next generation of boost control, fueling, and system integration technology. 2025 is no exception, with Turbosmart unveiling a series of new products designed to simplify, strengthen, and elevate control across all areas of performance tuning.
Headlining this year’s releases is the long awaited eBoost3, the next evolution of Turbosmart’s legendary boost management platform. Alongside it, we’re revealing our new “control in cap” CO2 technology across the StraightGate and BoostGate range. Supporting this is a new range of CO2 solenoid manifolds and the all-new weld-free LockSleeve, engineered for professional results without the need for TIG welding.
Turbosmart’s 2025 lineup also expands into fuelling with the updated FPRF Series featuring inbuilt filtration, complemented by new billet and inline fuel filters for maximum flow and reliability. And rounding out the launches is BoostHub, a unified control hub designed to connect aftermarket sensors and systems through smart, CAN-integrated automation.
So why not stop by the Turbosmart Stand at the 2025 SEMA Show and see what else is new!
EBOOST3: BOOST CONTROL LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE
Turbosmart’s eBoost range has been the benchmark in boost control for decades. Now, the all-new eBoost3 builds on that legacy with a fresh interface, more functionality, and greater control in a single, compact unit. It’s been a long time coming, and it’s been worth the wait. More than just a boost controller, it’s a fully integrated Boost Management System built for those who demand total control.
The eBoost3 is the next generation in boost controllers. Featuring a vibrant full-colour LCD screen, a rotating click bezel for on the fly adjustments, and an intuitive interface. It delivers virtually limitless control options in a compact, self-contained package. Designed to simplify even the most advanced tuning strategies, the eBoost3 gives users the power to manage, map, and compensate boost with precision.
Unlike traditional controllers, the eBoost3 can manage single or twin solenoid setups with either 3-port or 4-port solenoids straight out of the box. This flexibility makes it equally at home in street cars, time attack builds, and purpose-built drag cars.
INTRODUCING CONTROL IN CAP TECHNOLOGY, THE FUTURE OF CO2 BOOST CONTROL
At Turbosmart, we don’t just refine the way boost is controlled, we rethink it entirely. We’re launching a completely new way to handle CO2 and compressed gas boost control: a product range built around our world-first, proprietary “control in cap” technology.
Integrating the electronic control components into the cap not only simplifies the plumbing to a single regulated pressure line from the CO2 or Compressed Air source straight to the wastegate cap. It also improves the accuracy of the dome pressure control, maximizing response while reducing error.
Leading the range are the Compressed Gas StraightGate’s and Compressed Gas BoostGate’s, now available in multiple size options to suit a wide range of builds. The CO2 StraightGate’s are available in 40mm, 50mm, and 76mm configurations — with and without integrated “spill and fill” solenoids. BoostGate’s, built for charge pipe mounting, come in 50mm and 76mm sizes and feature an aluminium valve body, ideal for cold-side boost control setups.

We’re also releasing CO2 control caps in a conventional poppet-style wastegate design, available in 45mm, 50mm, and 60mm sizes — each equipped with the same integrated solenoid technology, bringing smart control to more traditional setups.
CO2 SOLENOID MANIFOLDS (STANDARD & MODULAR)
Simplify CO2 boost control with integrated “fill” and “spill” solenoids in a single billet 6262-T6, black anodised block. Both options feature 2x onboard boost solenoids, 3x 1/8 NPT ports, and compatibility with high-pressure braided/exotic hoses for clean, reliable plumbing. The Standard Block is a compact, self-contained manifold for straightforward installs, while the Modular Block adds Turbosmart’s modular expandability for mix-and-match reference and sensor blocks (sold separately) to tailor your setup.
													WELD FREE TURBO LOCK SLEEVE
Turbosmart’s LockSleeve is a weld-free, boost-ready compressor-outlet ferrule designed to adapt Turbosmart turbochargers to Vibrant HD clamps or Plazmaman clamps, delivering professional results with no TIG torch required.
Traditionally, clamping a high-quality aluminium intercooler pipe to a turbocharger’s compressor cover required removing the cover from the turbo, cutting the outlet flange off and TIG welding ferrules onto the comp cover. A time-intensive process demanding specialised skills and equipment, that if not done correctly could warp the housing and ruin your turbocharger.
With a precision-machined screw together ferrule, the LockSleeve eliminates the need for TIG-welding by creating a mechanically interlocked o-ring seal between the compressor cover and the outlet flange. As the two halves of the collar are torqued together, the LockSleeve engages an internal O-ring that forms a high pressure seal between the compressor cover and the sleeve. The O-ring provides airtight integrity, while the outer sleeve delivers mechanical retention — combining the reliability of a welded joint with the serviceability of a mechanical fitting.
This hybrid approach offers the best of both worlds:
Leak-free under high boost pressures: The O-ring maintains consistent compression through extreme vibration and thermal cycling.
No welding required: Eliminates heat-affected zones, oxidation, and material distortion.
Fully reusable: Remove and reinstall without cutting or re-fabricating the pipe.
Stress-distributed grip: Clamping geometry secures the tube evenly, avoiding deformation.
The result is a durable, high-integrity connection that performs like a welded ferrule but installs in minutes, can be serviced at the track, and requires only basic hand tools for installation and removal. The Turbosmart LockSleeve is truly engineered to win.

TURBOSMART EXHAUST MANIFOLD PRESSURE (EMAP) PULSATION DAMPER CANISTER
Accurate data starts with stable pressure. The Turbosmart EMAP Pulsation Damper smooths out exhaust pressure spikes before they reach your sensor, delivering clean, consistent data for precise tuning and control. Turbocharged engines generate intense exhaust pulsations that can cause erratic EMAP readings.
This damper filters those fluctuations using a series of calibrated internal orifices and expansion chambers, protecting sensors and ensuring your ECU sees true exhaust manifold pressure. Built from billet 6062 aluminium bar, it’s engineered for the harshest performance environments, whether petrol, diesel, or motorsport.
Perfect for:
- Boost control tuning
 - EMAP-to-IMAP engine pressure ratio monitoring
 - Turbine efficiency testing
 - Sensor protection

Reliable data means smarter tuning — and more power – engineered to win.
													TURBOSMART BOOSTHUB
Turbosmart BoostHub is a sealed, automotive-grade electronic control hub designed to unify modern modified vehicles. It aggregates signals from a multitude of aftermarket sensors and devices, connects to the vehicle via OBD II/CAN to read necessary factory data, and provides configurable outputs, including low side, high side, and CAN, to control accessories. A secure Bluetooth-connected app enables “IF/THEN” automations across all sources, while the unit logs data and coordinates safety and failsafe actions, such as automatically reducing boost when intake air temperature is high or when WMI fails.
Modern modified vehicles accumulate multiple aftermarket electronics like boost controllers, water-meth controllers, auxiliary fuel pumps, scavenge pumps, fans, lights, ethanol content sensors, and dataloggers. When the OEM ECU is controlling the engine, each of these components must be managed through its own app, dial, or hard-wired switch, and very few of them communicate with each other or with the car’s OBD II/CAN data. BoostHub solves this by centralising inputs, control, and automation in a single system.
